Job Title: Senior Director of Supply Chain

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm EST

About ARMRA: ARMRA® was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution—not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn’t broken—it’s brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum™ is nature’s original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence—so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.

Our Mission

To remind you that your body was designed to thrive. It’s your natural state, your birthright, and you can reclaim it.

Our Values

  • Care: We put people first. We listen, guide and help people navigate an increasingly complex wellness world with clarity and confidence.
  • Safety: Nothing matters more. We never trade safety for speed, growth, or convenience.
  • Transparency: We say what we mean and stand behind it. Trust is built through clarity and accountability.
  • Scientific Rigor: We follow the evidence. Every product, claim, and decision is grounded in research, data, and continuous learning.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead and scale ARMRA's supply chain function during a critical phase of rapid growth. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this senior leader will own the development and execution of ARMRA's supply chain strategy — driving efficiency, resilience, and scalability across procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships, and cross-functional integration.

This is a leadership role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and executional level — building the systems and processes that allow the supply chain to scale ahead of business growth, while staying close enough to the day-to-day to anticipate risks and resolve issues before they become problems.

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with ARMRA’s growth goals — balancing cost efficiency, supply resilience, and operational scalability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, setting clear expectations, fostering high performance, and building organizational capability for the long term.
  • Serve as the senior supply chain voice in cross-functional leadership discussions — partnering with the VP of Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing on forecasting, demand planning, and commercial alignment.
  • Own supply planning and S&OP execution, translating channel-level forecasts into production, procurement, capacity, and inventory plans while proactively identifying risks and decision points.

Operations Management & Integration

  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, 3PL relationships, and transportation operations — ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain.
  • Lead external manufacturing operations, including co-manufacturer performance, production scheduling, capacity planning, yields, quality issue resolution, and business-continuity planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance on company-wide initiatives including promotional support, new product launches, and demand forecasting.
  • Partner with the Director of Logistics to ensure supply chain and logistics operations are tightly aligned on inbound and outbound flow, inventory positioning, fulfillment execution, and inventory visibility across 3PL partners.

Inventory & Supplier Management

  • Own inventory strategy — ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory, and maintaining accuracy in the ERP system.
  • Manage inventory and working capital, establishing safety-stock and replenishment policies while reducing excess, obsolete, and expiring inventory across DTC, Amazon, retail, and distributor channels.
  • Lead supplier relationship management and contract negotiations — building a diversified, resilient supplier base that supports ARMRA’s quality standards and growth trajectory.
  • Establish and maintain supplier performance frameworks, including scorecards, audits, and accountability mechanisms.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Use data to identify supply chain inefficiencies, model scenarios, and drive continuous improvement across all supply chain functions.
  • Drive supply-chain performance and cost improvement through clear KPIs covering service levels, forecast accuracy, production adherence, inventory turns, landed costs, and supplier performance.
  • Manage the supply chain budget and control operational costs — seeking opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality, compliance, or service levels.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that give the VP of Operations and executive leadership real-time visibility into supply chain performance and risk.
  • Strengthen supply-chain systems and data integrity, ensuring accurate ERP master data, inventory visibility, lot traceability, and reporting across suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PL partners.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Ensure all supply chain operations comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and quality requirements — partnering closely with the Director of Quality Assurance and Sr. Director of Regulatory Affairs to maintain alignment.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You've built supply chains, not just run them. You've owned the supply plan, set the inventory policy, and made the call when demand and supply didn't line up.
  • You've managed co-manufacturers in dietary supplements, food and beverage, or another regulated CPG category, and you know how to hold partners accountable without a direct reporting line.
  • You've balanced inventory across DTC, Amazon, and retail at the same time, and you've had to decide where constrained supply goes.
  • You know safety stock, replenishment models, and shelf-life management well enough to teach them.
  • You've driven measurable reductions in excess, obsolete, or expiring inventory, and you can tell us the dollar figure.
  • You're a NetSuite power user who cares about clean master data and lot traceability.
  • You've negotiated supplier contracts on pricing, MOQs, lead times, and capacity, not just freight rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, procurement, and inventory management, including at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role owning multi-channel supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of scaling supply chain functions in a fast-paced CPG, health, or wellness environment.
  • Expertise in demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Working knowledge of 3PL and transportation operations, with the ability to partner closely with a dedicated logistics leader.
  • Proven experience with ERP and supply chain platforms (Cin7, NetSuite, Shopify, or similar).
  • Direct ownership of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, including building the supply plan and driving trade-off decisions with Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing contract manufacturers, including production scheduling, capacity planning, and quality issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities — comfortable turning data into strategy.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and supply chain compliance requirements.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, ancestry, sex, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.
