Job Title: Senior Manager, Paid Social
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
ARMRA Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am-6 pm EST
About ARMRA: ARMRA® was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution—not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn’t broken—it’s brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum™ is nature’s original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence—so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.
Who We Are
- Builders, not passengers – We take ownership, thrive on momentum, and embrace challenges.
- Resilient and resourceful – We find a way forward, even when the answer isn’t obvious.
- Mission-driven – We believe in what we’re building and are passionate about making an impact.
- Direct and constructive – Feedback is a gift, and we embrace it in order to grow.
Who We Are Not
- Performative – We don’t play games, manipulate optics, or curate an image for external approval.
- Entitled – We don’t expect rewards without contribution.
- Clock punchers – We don’t attract those looking for just a "job"; we seek individuals who want to build careers, take ownership, and find joy in their work every day.
About the Role
ARMRA is bringing Meta and Google fully in-house, and this is the role we are building that function around.
Both channels have historically been executed by external agency partners. We are ending that model. We are hiring an operator to take these accounts over, run them personally, and become ARMRA's internal owner and source of truth for how we buy paid media.
This is a hands-on-keyboard role. You will be in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads every day, making the decisions yourself. There is no agency behind you and no team beneath you. Headcount may follow as the channels scale, but you are hire number one and you will be executing personally for the foreseeable future.
Who This Role Is Not For
Please read this section before applying. We’re being direct to help everyone save time and ensure this role is the right fit from the start.
-
If your current or most recent role is at an agency, this role is not for you. This is a requirement, not a preference. You must be coming from an in-house brand or business, with direct accountability for that business’s revenue and P&L. Agency experience earlier in your career is welcome and often valuable, but we will not consider candidates whose most recent role is agency-side.
-
This is not a management role. If you’re looking to lead a team, manage an agency, or step away from hands-on execution, this is not the right role for you.
-
This is not a strategy-only role. We’re not looking for someone to build decks, set direction, and hand execution off to someone else. You should be comfortable personally building campaigns, restructuring accounts, pulling and analyzing your own data, and making changes based on what you find.
-
This is a high-ownership role. When something breaks on a Saturday, you’re the escalation point. When a launch requires 40 new ad variants to be live by Thursday, you’re the person driving it across the finish line. We need someone who is comfortable being hands-on and taking ownership when things get complicated.
-
This is not a generalist role. We’re not looking for someone who has touched ten channels at a surface level. We need deep expertise in at least two.
-
This is not a role for someone who needs a team to execute. If your accomplishments have primarily depended on a large team or multiple layers of support to get things done, this likely won’t be the right fit.
Responsibilities
Meta (our largest media investment)
- Own account architecture: campaign consolidation versus segmentation, Advantage+ versus manual, prospecting and retargeting allocation, budget distribution across offers and SKUs
- Manage daily pacing and all in-platform decisions — scaling winners, cutting losers, managing frequency and audience saturation
- Drive creative testing velocity: design structured tests, analyze results at the ad and hook level, and translate findings into briefs for the creative team
- Partner with Ecommerce & Site Experience on the offer and landing page testing roadmap
Google (brand and non-brand)
- Own paid search end to end: brand defense economics, non-brand expansion, query mining, negative keyword hygiene, match type strategy, and ad copy and landing page testing
- Manage Shopping, including feed quality, asset group structure, and brand exclusions
- Build YouTube and Demand Gen into genuinely incremental prospecting channels
- Maintain Merchant Center health and manage disapprovals and policy issues in a supplement and wellness category
Measurement and Reporting
- Own the daily and weekly reporting rhythm for both channels, reconciling platform data against Polar Analytics and Shopify
- Report on subscription economics — first order versus reactivation, subscription attach rate, and retention by cohort — not front-end ROAS alone
- Design and run incrementality testing: geo holdouts, conversion lift studies, and spend-step tests
- Own server-side tracking and conversions API event quality in partnership with Ecommerce and Data
Transition and Function Building
- Lead the migration of ad accounts, business managers, pixels, conversions API configuration, Merchant Center, feeds, audiences, and creative libraries from our external partners
- Rebuild the reporting, pacing, QA, and testing frameworks that currently live in agency systems
- Document ARMRA's media operating system — what we have tested, what we have learned, and how we operate — so it is durable and owned internally
- Recommend what, if anything, should remain with external partners, and support that recommendation with numbers
Launches and Cross-Channel Coordination
- Build the Meta and Google plans for limited-time-offer flavor launches and new SKU introductions
- Coordinate with CRM and lifecycle, affiliate, influencer, TikTok Shop, and Amazon media to avoid duplicate spend and conflicting pricing or promotional messaging
- Enforce claims compliance across all advertising. This is a health-adjacent category and disciplined language is non-negotiable
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Your current or most recent role is in-house at a brand or business. Candidates whose latest role is agency-side will not be considered
- 4–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with the majority spent personally executing in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Demonstrated ownership of eight-figure annual paid media budgets, or a channel scaled through a significant step change in spend
- Direct-to-consumer ecommerce experience with genuine subscription depth: LTV to CAC, churn, cohort payback, and an understanding of why a low-cost first order can be a poor customer
- Proficiency in Shopify, GA4, and a business intelligence or attribution platform (we use Polar Analytics, and Motion for creative analytics), with advanced spreadsheet skills
- The ability to build systems and process, not only hit numbers
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with an in-housing transition, standing up a channel from scratch, or sole ownership of a large account
- Background in supplements, wellness, food and beverage, or another claims-sensitive category
- A demonstrated creative point of view — the ability to explain why a specific hook is performing and write a brief that produces more like it
- Hands-on experience with an alternative bidding platform such as AppLovin, Reddit, or Taboola and Outbrain
- In-house experience at a brand between $50M and $500M in revenue
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, ancestry, sex, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.
